As an Inside Sales Advisor at Tesla, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the process of purchasing a Tesla vehicle. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions virtually (phone, email, chat), building rapport, educating customers about Tesla products and features, managing your sales pipeline, converting leads into orders, coordinating remote test drives, and collaborating with the sales team. You will need excellent communication and product knowledge, the ability to explain complex topics simply, and a passion for Tesla's mission. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets. The position is based at Tesla's headquarters and requires fluency in French and English.

What to Expect
En tant que Conseiller(e) Commercial(e) Virtuel(le)/Online, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'accompagnement des clients vers l'acquisition d'un véhicule Tesla. Vous serez un expert produit, passionné par la mission de Tesla, capable de communiquer les avantages de posséder une Tesla. Vous travaillerez avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins, les éduquer sur les véhicules Tesla, et les guider tout au long du processus de vente pour qu'ils prennent une décision éclairée.
What You’ll Do

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer et suivre les clients virtuellement par téléphone/email tout au long de leur parcours avec Tesla.
  • Gérer votre pipeline pour créer des opportunités de vente, convertir des prospects en commandes et accueillir les clients virtuellement.
  • Améliorer la communication à différents stades du parcours client, de la pré-commande à la livraison.
  • Offrir des consultations virtuelles excellentes et exécuter les campagnes clés selon les besoins.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de vente pour transférer les opportunités de ventes commerciales.
  • Coordonner les essais de voiture à distance et planifier ces essais pour aider les clients à découvrir le produit.
  • Répondre rapidement et précisément aux sollicitations des clients par tous les moyens (appels, e-mails, SMS, chat, etc.). Nous nous engageons à répondre à nos clients sous un délais 24heures maximum. 

Tâches générales :

  • Opérer avec flexibilité pour soutenir les besoins des clients au sein de l’équipe.
  • Mettre en œuvre et partager les meilleures pratiques au sein de votre site Tesla.
  • Éduquer les clients sur l’écosystème Tesla et les solutions disponibles.
  • Gérer les tâches supplémentaires pour soutenir les besoins commerciaux.

The Role

As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to ownership of a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision. 

You have relentless determination to succeed, and you are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate 


Responsibilities 

Customer management & sales 

  • Engage, follow-up and guide customers virtually throughout their journey with Tesla both at scale & individually where relevant 

  • Work on, and deliver improvements in Tesla Belgium’s communication to customer groups at different stages in their trajectory from lead to delivery; e.g. at pre-order, post-order and post-delivery moments, making sure you help out where necessary 

  • Manage your pipeline to create sales opportunities, convert leads to orders and ensure customers are well received virtually 

  • Deliver excellent virtual consultations for our customers, and execute on key campaigns as needed within your market 

  • Partner with business sales team to handoff potential business sales opportunities as identified by inbound business customers orders 

  • Coordinating remote test drive locations and scheduling remote test drives to help our customers experience the product, and promptly following up with them 

  • Promptly and accurately respond to relevant inbound customer solicitations through all mediums (including calls, emails, SMS, chat, virtual consultation, etc.) 

General duties 

  • Operate with a flexible mindset to support customer needs across the team 

  • Execute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location 

  • Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions available to meet their needs 

  • Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements 

Requirements 

  • Speak French and English at an advanced professional level 

  • Passion for Tesla's mission and products, and a desire to share this with others 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers 

  • The ability to explain complex topics to customers in simple terms 

  • Focus on educating and understanding customers' needs 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Valid driving license 

  • The position is located on the Tesla HQ in France
