The OpenShift Support Consultant will provide in-house expertise and hands-on management of the OpenShift environment. This role involves participating in requirements gathering and estimating effort for new enhancements and developments using OpenShift. Responsibilities include managing tickets according to ITIL policies and procedures, and effective communication with customers. The consultant will collaborate with a team of experienced Java developers and other support teams to deliver application support to customers. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of OpenShift and related technologies.
