Job Description

As an Operational Quality Manager, you will play a key role in continuously improving GMP culture and performance, directly influencing product quality for customers. You will drive process and quality improvements to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring high standards for products. Your responsibilities include managing and leading Operational Quality and quality control to ensure compliance with GMP and Regulatory requirements, building and leading a team, and fostering a strong Quality Mindset across the site.
Must have:
  • Manage and lead Operational Quality and quality control to ensure all relevant activities comply with GMP and Regulatory requirements.
  • Build and lead a team, managing their performance through coaching, measurement, feedback, and training.
  • Champion Operational Quality compliance and foster a strong Quality Mindset across the site, focusing on production areas.
  • Serve as the Site Deviation Process Owner, ensuring a robust and continuously improving deviation management process.
  • Understand quality control strategy principles, design effective control plans, and drive their ongoing improvement.
  • Establish and monitor ambitious, measurable improvement initiatives and performance metrics across the department.

Job Details

As part of our mission to continuously improve GMP culture and performance, this role plays a key part in shaping the customer experience. You will directly influence what products reach our customers’ homes—specifically, what ends up in their bathrooms—by ensuring that the value we promise is delivered at the highest standard.

You’ll be driving process and quality improvements that not only enhance operational efficiency but also elevate the end-to-end customer journey. Your contributions will help us deliver better products, faster, and with greater impact.

As an Operational Quality Manager, your role will be to manage and lead the Operational Quality and quality control to ensure all relevant activities (e.g. Batch review, Batch release and Operational GMP compliance) comply with all GMP and Regulatory requirements.

Build and lead a team and manage their performance through coaching, performance measurement, feedback, and training needs analysis, focusing on developing expertise and teamwork to maximize motivation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Operational Quality compliance and foster a strong Quality Mindset across the site, with a particular focus on production areas. Ensure the facility maintains high GMP standards and remains audit-ready at all times.
  • Serve as the Site Deviation Process Owner, ensuring a robust and continuously improving deviation management process is in place.
  • Understand the principles of quality control strategy, design effective control plans, and drive their ongoing improvement.
  • Establish and monitor ambitious, measurable improvement initiatives and performance metrics across the department, delivering added value to both internal and external customers.

About You

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

  • University degree in Technical, Chemistry, or associated science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Operational Quality / Quality Control (experience in food or healthcare industry is an advantage)
  • Experience in leading people
  • Advanced level of English and Slovak
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people at all levels, both within the sites and the company, as well as externally, using appropriate communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan work and manage projects
  • Experience with continuous improvement and Lean methodology
