Job Description

We are looking for a Change Manager to join the CoE team at N-iX. This role involves designing and implementing key company processes and initiatives. The Change Manager will measure the success of changes, ensure processes are adhered to, and continuously improve them. They will also support change management efforts through impact analysis, stakeholder identification, and communication planning. This role requires leveraging data and AI to optimize processes, enable scalability, and enhance decision-making, as well as collaborating with C-level stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced user of AI tools, Google Sheets, Power BI, and analytical tools.
  • Upper-intermediate + level of English.
  • Self-starter with leadership skills.
  • Advanced analytical and logical skills.
  • Ability to find the root cause of issues.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in leading large-scale change management programs.
  • Experience implementing HRMS tools.
  • Experience in creating extensive communication plans and content.
  • Experience in Product management or Business analysis.
  • LEAN or other similar certifications.

We are looking for a Change Manager to join our CoE team

You will be empowered to figure out the best solutions and implement the change that makes a difference for the whole company.

You will be empowered and accountable for:

  • Design and implementation of key company processes and initiatives
  • Measure change success, make the process stick and continuously improve it
  • Support change management efforts through impact analysis, key stakeholder identification, communications planning and thought partnership.
  • Leverage data to evaluate strategies and programs measuring the achievement of established goals and action plans
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to optimize processes, enable scalability, and enhance decision-making, measuring the achievement of established goals and action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives and drive organizational buy-in.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Transformational leader / Change manager / Organizational Development Manager, etc)
  • Advanced user of AI tools, Google sheets, Power BI, and other analytical tools
  • Upper-intermediate + level of English
  • Self-starter that demonstrates leadership with or without formal authority
  • Advanced analytical and logical skills
  • Ability to drill down to find root cause of issues
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.

It would be great if you have experience or passion to grow in such areas as:

  • Leading large-scale change management programs
  • Implementing HRMS tool
  • Creating extensive communication plans and content
  • Product management or Business analysis
  • LEAN or other similar certifications
