Senior React Engineer

N-iX is seeking a Senior React Engineer to develop innovative, user-focused financial products for a global fintech platform. This role involves building and maintaining customer-facing web platforms and internal employee portals, owning the full feature lifecycle from design to release, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The engineer will contribute to architectural decisions, promote best practices, and continuously enhance skills through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Must Have

• Develop and maintain customer-facing web platform and internal employee portal

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers

• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
• Continuously enhance skills and support team growth
• 5+ years of experience in Frontend or Full-Stack development
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., styled-components)
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest
• Solid understanding of modern frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Rollup, Babel)
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js, static site generators, or JAMstack architectures
• Familiarity with Material-UI or other component libraries
• Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architecture or monorepo environments
• Exposure to headless CMS platforms and API-driven content management

• Develop and maintain the customer-facing web platform and internal employee portal, ensuring exceptional usability and performance.
• Own the full lifecycle of features - from design and implementation to testing, refinement, and release.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to define efficient, scalable solutions to complex business challenges.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, promote best practices, and continuously improve the product’s technical foundation.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration, taking full ownership of the team’s deliverables.
• Continuously enhance your skills and support team growth through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Frontend or Full-Stack development.
