We are looking for an Operations Intern to help strengthen the Customer Support function across all of our games, enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
As an Operations Intern, you will help transform the most negative player experiences into positive ones, which is integral to player retention. You will help streamline customer service processes, collaborate with external vendors, while ensuring high quality of support. You will also act as the voice of the player, sharing player feedback and suggestions with Product and game teams.
