Socialpoint is seeking an Operations Intern to strengthen Customer Support for its mobile games, enjoyed by millions globally. This role involves transforming negative player experiences into positive ones, streamlining customer service processes, and collaborating with external vendors to ensure high-quality support. The intern will also act as the voice of the player, sharing feedback with Product and game teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

Job Details

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Intern to help strengthen the Customer Support function across all of our games, enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.

As an Operations Intern, you will help transform the most negative player experiences into positive ones, which is integral to player retention. You will help streamline customer service processes, collaborate with external vendors, while ensuring high quality of support. You will also act as the voice of the player, sharing player feedback and suggestions with Product and game teams.

What You'll do:

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer support optimizations.
  • Pitch ideas to offer self-service solutions that help prevent customer support contacts (via in-game, FAQs etc.).
  • Assist in efforts to increase the quality of customer service for our games.
  • Provide support in maintaining relationships with CS partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Product, Localization, Community and Market Intelligence teams to exchange ideas, identify opportunities and share learnings.

What you’ll need:

  • Passionate about mobile gaming
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
