Job Description

Plan and lead the work of operations teams, monitoring and evaluating the performance of equipment and teams, ensuring compliance with production and quality processes, within client and company standards and policies. Identify training needs for operations teams.
Must have:
  • Monitor activities, monitor and intervene in problem resolution and process execution
  • Prepare daily reports for external and internal clients
  • Analyze daily production to ensure processing according to service levels agreed with the client
  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of new services and projects
  • Control the entry and exit of all documents received and processed in the sector
  • Participate in the process of improvements to the process aiming to reduce costs and add greater quality
  • Mediate conflicts and team relationship problems
  • Participate in the hiring and dismissal process of employees for the area
  • Monitor the individual productivity of employees and the quality of services performed
  • Train and provide feedback to employees
  • Perform time card maintenance, vacation scheduling, as well as control of overtime and absences from the department
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sector
  • Comply with company rules and procedures
  • Control the progress and evolution of the sector
  • Measure the production volume of the sector to generate billing for clients

OPERATIONS LEADER

Plan and lead the work of operations teams, monitoring and evaluating the performance of equipment and teams, ensuring compliance with production and quality processes, within client and company standards and policies. Identify training needs for operations teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor activities, monitor and intervene in problem resolution and process execution;

2. Prepare daily reports for external and internal clients;

3. Analyze daily production to ensure processing according to service levels agreed with the client;

4. Monitor and ensure the implementation of new services and projects;

5. Control the entry and exit of all documents received and processed in the sector;

6. Participate in the process of improvements to the process aiming to reduce costs and add greater quality;

7. Mediate conflicts and team relationship problems;

8. Participate in the hiring and dismissal process of employees for the area;

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Complete High School.

DESIRABLE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

Intermediate Office Package; Mathematical calculations; Production control and planning; People management; Knowledge of the process in your area of expertise.
