Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking an Oracle Cloud Operations Specialist to manage and communicate risks, ensure requests are resolved within SLAs, and work with various Oracle technologies. The role involves conducting ERP Cloud conversions, ensuring accounting compliance, and managing financial modules like Receivables, Payables, and Inventory within Oracle ERP Cloud. The specialist will collaborate with global teams and must be fluent in English.
Must have:
  • Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues agilely, escalating to senior management when necessary.
  • Work with users and partner teams to ensure all requests are addressed, prioritized, and resolved within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving and troubleshooting competencies.
  • Work with Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), PLSQL, Web Services, SOAP, and REST, including development and integration based on JSON or XML.
  • Conduct conversions to ERP Cloud, using FBDI, ADFDi, and Web Services (SOAP and REST).
  • Ensure accounting and regulatory compliance, applying solid knowledge of financial standards and practices.
  • Manage Receivables, Clients, Billing & Payments, Collections, Fixed Assets, PPM (Project Costing), General Ledger, Cash Management, Purchases, Suppliers, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Costs within the Oracle ERP Cloud environment.
  • Collaborate efficiently with global teams, fostering an integrated and productive work environment.
  • Mandatory English fluency.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Oracle ERP applications, including Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud.
  • Practical and demonstrable experience in Oracle financial modules, especially localizations for Brazil.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting requirements and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
