Job Description

Job Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the operational excellence and successful delivery of our iGaming products. This role demands a blend of product management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and technical proficiency. You will be pivotal in coordinating efforts across departments and fostering a collaborative environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of AGSi game release and partner support, leading a team of support coordinators across various locations.
  • Work closely with commercial stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time, successful game launches and swift resolution of all issues within established SLA commitments.
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all game configurations, adhering strictly to jurisdictional and partner requirements. Identify and execute optimization strategies to enhance revenue, player experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of game design, mechanics, and testing practices. Continuously expand your technical knowledge and expertise to provide insightful input and training to team members.
  • Serve as escalated support on technical and operations issues – helping to resolve and escalate as appropriate.
  • Work with department leads on various projects, helping to develop new features, tools and processes. 
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring that technical and business requirements are accurately documented, communicated clearly and met in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the key contact within operations for all regulatory testing activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in an operational role, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and optimizing complex processes.
  • iGaming industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and complex projects, with the ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in gathering technical requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Experience with QA testing techniques and a solid understanding of jurisdictional compliance regulations.
