Job Description

As our Operations Manager responsible for QA and Training, you will play a crucial role in driving quality across the UK Operations team, consisting of Customer Support, Safer Gambling, Anti-Money Laundering and Risk, Fraud & Payment teams. You will lead QA and Training to improve the effectiveness of people and processes. You will strategically review and improve the current training and QA framework to support new and existing staff. The successful candidate will have strong understanding of managing operational teams, including QA and Training, and will be able to analyze themes and provide solutions through training and process improvement.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance and training framework within the Operations Department.
  • Provide coaching and performance support to the wider operations team.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and offer constructive feedback to existing QA staff and trainers.
  • Collaborate with and onboard external training providers as needed.
  • Lead and deliver training sessions as required.
  • Maintain full compliance with UK regulatory and industry standards.
  • Reporting back to management on QA and performance themes of teams and individuals.
  • Proven strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, support, and guide teams.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to align departmental goals with broader business objectives.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
  • Solid project management experience, including working on automation projects and collaborating with project coordinators.
  • Expertise in resource planning and the development of effective operational strategies.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Operations Manager responsible for QA and Training, you will play a crucial role in driving a quality across the UK Operations team, consisting of Customer Support, Safer Gambling, Anti-Money Laundering and Risk, Fraud & Payment teams. You will lead QA and Training to improve the effectiveness of people and processes.

To drive our processes forward, you will take a strategic approach to reviewing the current training and QA framework, and will make improvements to develop a framework and strategy that will support both new starters and existing staff.

Our successful candidate will have a strong understanding and knowledge of managing operational teams including QA and Training. They will be able to think strategically and quickly analyse themes across teams providing solutions through training and process improvement.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
