The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in the daily management of the company's activities. As a leader, you will direct and supervise your teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with business objectives. You will lead and coordinate operational teams, measure and analyze performance using KPIs, resolve operational problems, and ensure continuous training and professional development for team members. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and achieving company goals.
Must Have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an operations supervisor
- Must be Bilingual: French/English
- Must be available and answer the phone during emergencies (e.g., alarm system)
- Ability to travel to multiple sites and client locations as needed
- Strong ability to manage, motivate, and supervise a team
- Ability to foster a collaborative work environment
- Adaptability and flexibility in unforeseen situations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must live in the geographical area to be on-site daily

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team management and leadership: Direct and coordinate operational teams, such as warehouse clerks, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to quality standards.
- Operational performance: Measure and analyze performance using key indicators (KPIs) and reports to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
- Problem solving: Manage unforeseen events and quickly resolve operational problems to maintain smooth business operations.
- Skills development: Ensure continuous training for team members and support them in their professional development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an operations supervisor
