Job Description

The Overseas Advertising Placement Team Leader will be responsible for overseas channel placement and data analysis for the company's mobile game products, developing placement strategies, identifying growth points, and being accountable for channel data. This role involves monitoring and optimizing ad data, staying updated on ad platform trends, coordinating and writing ad creatives, and researching market/competitor dynamics to explore new user growth methods. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in overseas TikTok, Facebook, or Network channel placement, strong data analysis, logical thinking, and English proficiency.
Must have:

  • Proactive in discovering and solving problems from data

  • Ability to organize, produce, and optimize creative directions based on game selling points

  • Excellent English proficiency, able to use as a working language

Job Description

1. Responsible for overseas channel placement and data analysis of the company's mobile game products, formulating placement strategies for channels, finding growth points, and being responsible for channel data.

2. Monitor advertising data, regularly conduct statistical analysis and summary of data, and continuously optimize promotion effects.

3. Timely track and understand the latest developments of advertising platforms, effectively explore and optimize, and output results to the team.

4. Responsible for the coordination and writing of advertising materials, designing and formulating advertising creatives, tracking and optimizing them, and regularly outputting conclusions and subsequent iteration directions.

5. Monitor and research market/competitor dynamics, continuously understand new promotion models in the industry, and explore new ways to increase user growth.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience in overseas TikTok, Facebook, or Network channel placement, with a deep understanding of channels. Game placement experience is preferred.

2. Excellent logical thinking ability, excellent data analysis ability and proactiveness, good at discovering and solving problems from data.

3. Passionate about games, able to organize, produce, and optimize creative directions for materials based on game selling points; familiarity with European and American markets and excellent creative ability are preferred.

4. Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with a spirit of teamwork.

5. Excellent English proficiency, able to use as a working language.
