As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

Must Have

• Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes
• Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest technologies
