The Key Holder provides exceptional customer experiences, acts as a cashier, leverages sales knowledge, ensures visual merchandising standards, and handles store opening and closing procedures.
Must have:

Job Description

The Key Holder reports to the store manager. Your role is to provide an exceptional customer experience every time by making customers feel comfortable, listening to their needs, and inspiring confidence.

A typical day (what you will do daily)

  • Provide an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Act as a cashier while leveraging your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to increase related purchases.
  • Walk the sales floor and ensure all visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Open and close the store according to procedures.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in sales or customer service, an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while committing to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
