Job Description

As a Partner Marketing Manager at Zscaler, you will be responsible for executing partner marketing strategies in India, collaborating with various partners like System Integrators and Cloud Providers to drive demand and pipeline growth. This includes implementing partner programs, managing MDF budgets, and organizing events. You'll need to align marketing initiatives with sales and channel teams to support revenue goals, track key metrics, and optimize ROI. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent collaboration skills to build relationships with internal and external partners. The ultimate goal is to increase awareness, support partnerships, and contribute to the success of Zscaler's cloud security solutions.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of partner marketing experience in SaaS/cloud security
  • Experience with India’s partner ecosystem
  • Proven success in driving leads and pipeline
  • Expertise in budget management and ROI tracking
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools

We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Field Marketing APJ team. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you'll be responsible for:

  • Executing partner marketing strategies in India with System Integrators, VARs, Cloud Providers, MSSPs, and Technology Partners to drive demand and pipeline growth
  • Implementing partner programs, including campaigns, webinars, co-branded content, events, and Partner Demand Center adoption
  • Aligning marketing initiatives with sales, channel, and regional teams to support revenue and expansion goals
  • Managing MDF budgets, track key metrics, and optimize ROI through data-driven insights
  • Organizing partner events, roundtables, and briefings to strengthen relationships and drive thought leadership

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • 7+ years of partner marketing experience in SaaS/cloud security with knowledge of India’s partner ecosystem
  • Proven success in driving leads and pipeline through strategic demand generation campaigns
  • Expertise in budget management, ensuring optimal allocation, tracking, and ROI
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize strategies and proficiency in reporting tools
