Must have:

Job Details

The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Partner Programs Manager to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of global programs that help identify and reward partners for delivering value to customers. The goal is to amplify the “better together” joint value proposition of our partner ecosystem, expand our reach, and ultimately, support the creation of a value-driven network of partners empowered to provide transformative productivity experiences to customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage innovative partner programs to accelerate and drive global growth through Partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and gather insights from partners to help identify, design, and implement the programs necessary to provide transformative productivity experiences to customers and support strategic objectives.
  • Build internal and external documentation that clearly articulates the benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, etc, that support global programs.
  • Support the build, growth, and scale of the programs to ensure the long-term success of our partner ecosystem.
  • Be a subject matter expert on the partner program, providing guidance and support via new and existing communication vehicles to internal stakeholders and partners
  • Collect and manage field and partner feedback to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for mutual growth

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of proven experience in partner program management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing program content that drives awareness and engagement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working with partners and within a partner or sales organization
  • Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments

We take a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

United States:

Zone 1: $158,000 – $218,000/year (USD)

Zone 2: $142,000 – $196,000/year (USD)
