We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Specialist to manage the strategic and operational relationship with our Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational KPIs, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance, and maintaining a strong presence at the partner site. This role demands flexibility for extensive travel and a proactive approach to partnership management.
Must have:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Belong and Partner site.
  • Monitor and drive performance against defined operational KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Available at site and audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with partner teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Belong and Partner site.
  • Monitor and drive performance against defined operational KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Available at site and audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with partner teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 10 - 15+ years of experience in partner management, operations management managing large teams, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and be located at the partner site.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or managing relationships with partners.
