The Payments Operations Manager at Growe is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of payment methods, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), escalating issues, and improving payment processes. Responsibilities include daily/weekly/monthly KPI monitoring (balance, approval rate, conversion rate, etc.), escalating drops and anomalies, documenting cashier changes, understanding payment flows and provider back offices, announcing critical changes, conducting payment tests, investigating delays/failures, performing quality control, supervising manual withdrawals, planning payment distribution, and improving KPIs through method optimization. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with online payment systems, and excellent communication skills.
