Responsibilities include managing CRA remittances, T4s, and Records of Employment, processing monthly payroll for foreign contractors, reconciling payroll accounts, maintaining employee payroll records with confidentiality, collaborating with HR for data updates, resolving discrepancies, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Accounting, Payroll Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of payroll experience.
Good To Have:- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus
Must Have:- Process semi-monthly payroll for 100+ domestic employees
