Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong background in Pega technology. The ideal candidate will be CSSA certified and capable of understanding complex requirements, designing, and implementing high-quality Pega applications using out-of-the-box features. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across multiple locations.
Overall Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Pega solutions.
- Analyze and clarify requirements to ensure alignment with project standards and goals.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and develop robust Pega applications leveraging built-in functionalities with minimal supervision.
- Follow Pega best practices to optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Unit Testing:
- Develop and modify unit tests to ensure application quality.
- Conduct thorough testing of solutions to identify and fix defects prior to deployment.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other cross-functional members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide regular updates, participate in team meetings, and contribute to project discussions.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Pega Expertise: 6+years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Certifications: CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) mandatory.

- Collaborate with team members on design and development tasks.
- Implement features, conduct unit tests, and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and procedural records.
- Conduct code reviews and share feedback for continuous improvement.
