They are recruiting a team of physiotherapists specialized in pelvic health to work remotely in Canada, delivering the best possible patient care through their Bloom platform, which connects women to accessible pelvic health care using innovative technology.
Must have:
  • Apply our digital approach in treating patients with pelvic floor disorders
  • Conduct video and audio onboarding consultations with new members to gather information, guide initial setup, and lay the groundwork for long-term pelvic health changes
  • Track exercise session results and maintain regular communication with members throughout their journey
  • Possess a Master's degree in physiotherapy
  • Be a licensed physiotherapist in Quebec, Canada
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, including experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders
  • Completion of formal additional courses in pelvic health, including at least a Level 1 course in pelvic health (or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients
  • Ability to think innovatively and adapt to a non-physical contact approach
  • Hard worker and able to manage the pressure of a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills that translate even in a digital care space, allowing for member engagement
  • Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with a strong focus on member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational engagement
  • Adaptability to rapidly evolving processes without intimidation
  • Knowledge and prior experience using Mac OS
  • Knowledge and prior experience using G-suite
  • Knowledge and prior experience using Zoom video/phone
  • Knowledge and prior experience using Slack

Introduction: We are recruiting a team of physiotherapists specialized in pelvic health, motivated by providing the best possible patient care. This team will work remotely in Canada (Telework)! Sword Health has developed Bloom to connect millions of women to accessible pelvic health care, using the most innovative technology available today. Bloom includes personalized advice from pelvic health specialists, the Bloom Pod in the future, and a mobile application to track sessions. Women meet with pelvic health specialists remotely and progress through the program from the comfort of their homes, at their own pace.

What you will do:

What you must have:

  • Must possess a Master's degree in physiotherapy;
  • Must be a licensed physiotherapist in Quebec, Canada;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience;
  • Including experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders;
  • With the completion of formal additional courses in pelvic health, including at least a Level 1 course in pelvic health (or equivalent);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients;
  • Ability to think innovatively and adapt to a non-physical contact approach;
  • Hard worker and able to manage the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
