Your Role

Consultative Collaboration:

• Partner with HR business leaders to understand their unique challenges and objectives, offering tailored analytics solutions.
• Provide ongoing consultation, interpreting data findings in the context of organizational goals and industry benchmarks.

Narrative-Driven Communication:

• Craft compelling narratives around data insights, translating technical findings into actionable business language.
• Develop and deliver insightful presentations to executive leadership, fostering a data-informed culture.

Ethical Analytics Leadership:

• Uphold the highest standards of data ethics, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and promoting responsible data stewardship.
• Champion ethical considerations in the application of analytics to HR decision-making.

Your Profile

• Advanced degree in HR, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on HR analytics and workforce planning.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align analytics initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Experience Level:

• 2+ experience in HR analytics roles, demonstrating a track record of driving impactful organizational change through data-driven insights.
