We have received numerous nominations at prestigious iGaming awards ceremonies (EGR’s Awards, CasinoBeats, SBC Awards, etc.).The expertise we’re looking for* 3+ years of experience in HR and/or Continuous improvement in a People Function, ideally in a fast paced company;* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;* Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing internal talent;* Fluency in English (verbal and written).Your position will include* Partnering and collaborating with teams;* Providing solutions in relation to talent management that will meet business objectives and create an environment of succession and growth;* Supporting business growth;* Working closely with teams on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction and development including succession planning, career paths and D&I;* Working with the wider HR and shared service team;* Developing positive working relationships across the business.### What we offerWe’re here to make a difference!
