Apple is seeking an experienced process professional for its People Services and Technology team to partner with the People team in designing global processes for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess HR functional experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be adept at adapting designs for complex, cross-functional organizational needs. Strong facilitation, analytical, and project management skills are essential, with the ability to work at both detailed and strategic levels. Responsibilities include collaborating with business partners to design and re-engineer People org processes, leading validation sessions, presenting design outcomes to stakeholders, creating process maps and documentation, and monitoring process health metrics for improvement opportunities.
Must have:
- 5+ years in a Business Analyst role
- 3+ years HR process design
- 3+ years project management
- Experience leading global process design workshops
- Effective communication with subject matter experts
- Ability to use data for process improvement
- Liaison between business and technology
- Bachelor's degree
Good to have:
- Advanced project management certifications (PMP, Agile)
- Advanced HR management certifications (SHRM, PHR/SPHR)
- Experience evaluating solution options

The ideal candidate will have HR functional experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt design across cross-functional, complex organizational needs. This individual should also have strong facilitation, analytical and project management skills. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.
In this role, you will: - Collaborate with business partners to design new or re-engineer existing People org processes - Lead process validation sessions with cross-functional partners - Present design outcomes and recommendations to leaders and key stakeholders for consensus and final sign-off - Create and maintain detailed process maps and design documentation - Monitor qualitative and quantitative process health, risk and performance metrics to help identify process improvement opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- 3+ years of HR process design and project management experience
- Experience leading and facilitating global process design workshops
- Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with subject matter expertise in a variety of business, functional and technology areas
- Ability to use data and analysis to drive process improvement
- Act as a liaison between the Business and technology partners to ensure business objectives will be achieved with proposed technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR)
- Experience evaluating solution options
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools for measuring HR performance
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting
