We’re looking for a driven and strategic Plant Manager to lead operations at our manufacturing and assembly facility in Fayetteville, TN. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee everything from raw material processing to laser cutting, robotic metal forming and welding, and high-speed assembly. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and industrial engineering. Must have:

  • Leading Operational Excellence of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
  • Manage and optimize processes involving laser cutting, robotic metal forming, robotic welding, and high-volume assembly
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams including fabrication, welding, and assembly to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, logistics) to resolve issues and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development among plant staff
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods

THE DAY TO DAY...

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant management or senior leadership role
