Your role:
The Production Plant Manager is responsible for leading a medium-sized manufacturing team responsible for overseeing a variety of processes and assembly lines and ensuring manufacturing site compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements, and cost-effective, reliable, and predictable manufacturing process outcomes. The role leads a medium-sized manufacturing team, overseeing processes, assembly lines, and serving as the local host manager for various functions. The role ensures a safe work environment through implementing safety measures and procedures, while also driving Operational Excellence initiatives to optimize processes and achieve operational efficiency. The role manages budget adherence, quality compliance, resource utilization, and talent development within the manufacturing environment. The role takes proactive measures to address complex problems, fosters innovation, and drives continuous improvement to meet organizational goals effectively.

• Leads S&RC Shenzhen production site, providing guidance and direction in overseeing diverse processes and assembly lines, while also shouldering the responsibility of serving as the local host manager for other functions within the organization.
• Guides and drives the implementation of equipment, practices, and procedures aimed at ensuring a healthy, safe, and secure work environment, fostering employee well-being and adherence to industry regulations and standards.
• Identifies and effectively manages safety risks by conducting thorough site risk assessments, implementing operational controls, and developing corrective action plans to mitigate potential hazards and enhance workplace safety.
• Demonstrates proactive leadership in promoting and driving Operational Excellence by spearheading the initiation of improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and achieving operational efficiency.
• Assumes the responsibility for developing comprehensive Manufacturing cost of organization's Annual Operating Plan and multi-year manufacturing and investment plans, aligning them with organizational objectives and financial targets.

• Oversees expenses and spending activities, ensuring strict adherence to the approved financial budget while concurrently driving the formulation and execution of the manufacturing site's strategic plan and business continuity planning.
• Guarantees compliance with stringent quality system requirements to uphold product standards, ensuring that manufacturing processes consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maximizes equipment and workforce utilization to effectively align with fluctuating demand patterns and financial targets, optimizing operational efficiency and resource allocation.
• Drives the proactive implementation of Operational Excellence tools and Lean Methodology to meticulously identify and address complex problems, thereby fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
• Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.
