We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany.

JustPlay is looking for a talented Playable Ads Developer to join our team and help shape the future of mobile game advertising. If you're passionate about creating immersive ad experiences and looking to make a meaningful impact in the gaming industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Job responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, interactive playable ads tailored for mobile apps
• Test ad creatives to ensure functionality, compliance with platform requirements, and a bug-free user experience
• Collaborate with the Creative team to conceptualize and design engaging ads
• Incorporate innovative features into ads to keep content fresh and relevant
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Iterate on ads based on feedback and performance data to optimize engagement and retention

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

• You have 2+ years of experience in playable ads development with a strong portfolio.
• You are proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and have experience with game engines like Unity or Cocos Creator.
• You are highly skilled in version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and services such as GitLab/GitHub.
• You have the ability to debug and optimize code for performance across various devices and platforms.
• You have a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• You are familiar with advertising platforms like Applovin, Unity Ads, Mintegral, etc.
• You possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
• Bonus skills include knowledge of user behavior analytics, graphic asset creation for playable ads, and level design experience.
