Front-End Architect (Hands-on)

We are looking for a Front-End Architect who brings deep technical expertise and a strong hands-on approach in designing and developing modern web and mobile applications. This role demands a seasoned front-end leader with strong proficiency in React.js and React Native, capable of architecting scalable UI solutions, mentoring teams, and driving front-end excellence across projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, innovation, and end-to-end ownership from design to delivery.

Must Have

• Define and evolve front-end architecture for web and mobile platforms using React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and code-level guidance to front-end teams.
• Design and implement reusable UI components and scalable design systems.
• Enforce high standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices across projects.
• Lead front-end technology evaluation and introduce modern tools and frameworks.
• Stay hands-on with development—this role is not limited to oversight.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Mentor developers and grow technical capabilities within the team.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in front-end engineering.
• Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Proven experience in mobile development using React Native.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Demonstrated experience with responsive UI, mobile-first design, and performance tuning.
• Sound understanding of REST APIs and effective data handling in UI.
• Strong version control and workflow experience with Git and CI/CD practices.

Good to Have

• Flutter experience is a plus.
