Job Description

Playtech Lima seeks a Portuguese Dealer with intermediate to advanced Portuguese language skills and excellent communication abilities. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to regulations, and emotional intelligence. Responsibilities include providing customer service and adhering to a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays (6 days on, 2 days off). Prior customer service experience (e.g., presenter, host, promoter) is preferred, but not mandatory. The position is based in Lima, Peru at Avenida Juan de Aliaga 420, Magdalena (Edificio Primera Visión, 3er. piso).
