Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Power Integrity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and verification of Power Integrity solutions for Systems on Chip (SoCs) used in Apple devices. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop droop targets, design and implement an end-to-end power delivery network solution, and verify the quality of the power integrity using lab measurements. Responsibilities include power delivery modeling, simulation, and characterization for die, package, board, and Voltage Regulator; working with on-die/package/board power delivery for current and future generations; defining the power architecture and design solution space for the target system; providing implementation guidelines and feedback to silicon, package, and system design groups; performing feasibility study, design verification, and sign-off; and performing model to hardware correlation on component and product/system level.
