This role focuses on driving infrastructure initiatives, collaborating with DevOps and development teams to enhance velocity, and delivering scalable, high-performance backend solutions. Key responsibilities include building high-scale backend infrastructure, mentoring team members, leading end-to-end solutions, writing quality code, optimizing processes, and integrating AI-driven tools. The tech stack includes AWS, Kubernetes, Node.js, TypeScript, Redis, and MySQL.

Must Have:

At least 4 years of experience leading infrastructure/platform teams.
Hands-on experience in introducing new backend technologies and code infrastructure with wide impact on developers.
Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, preferably AWS and K8s.
Proficiency in a major backend language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

We seek a highly skilled Software Team Lead to drive our infrastructure initiatives. This role involves working closely with DevOps and development teams to enhance velocity and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

Responsibilities

Build a high-scale backend infrastructure capable of serving millions of users.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
Lead end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment, focusing on reducing time-to-market.
Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize processes, enhance system reliability, and improve developer velocity.
Integrating AI-driven tools, frameworks, and services to enhance developer productivity, optimize workflows, and unlock new product capabilities.
Work with a tech stack that includes AWS, Kubernetes, Node.js, TypeScript, Redis, and MySQL.

Requirements
