Software Engineer

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, code, test, and document software systems and applications. The role involves modeling, structured methods, and creating various test plans. Candidates will analyze software requirements for feasibility within quality, time, and cost constraints, contributing to critical communications, video security, and command center technologies to help keep people safer everywhere.

Must Have

• Perform design, development, coding, testing, research, programming, and documentation for software systems.
• Perform modeling, designing, and coding activities using structured methods.
• Prepare design documentation for all levels of the software development process.
• Create and execute unit, integration, system, regression, performance, load, and acceptance test plans and scripts.
• Use software system testing procedures and document results.
• Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design.
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.

• Perform modeling, designing, and coding activities, employing structured methods.
• Prepare design documentation for all levels of the software development process.
