Job Description

The Verification team at Intel tackles challenging and thrilling work by building environments and tools from scratch, including design, writing, and execution. They collaborate closely with architecture teams to define new capabilities and products, influencing new features. To succeed, they need a deep understanding of hardware, a combination of hardware and software skills, and the ability to quickly grasp Intel architecture and micro-architecture. As a Pre-Silicon Verification Student, you'll develop virtual environments and tools in the pre-silicon stage, ensuring the logical accuracy of Intel products while working with advanced equipment and tools.
Must have:
  • Student pursuing a B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in related fields.
  • At least 3 semesters until graduation.
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours a week (flexibility during exams).
Good to have:
  • Knowledge in VLSI or Verification.
  • Knowledge in developing RTL validation environments.
  • Knowledge in working with Verilog/Specman/SystemVerilog.
  • Experience in integrated software and/or hardware development.

They build environments and tools from scratch, including design, writing and execution. They work closely with the architecture teams while defining new capabilities and products and impacting new features. 

For them to succeed, they must have a deep understanding of the hardware, maintain a unique combination of hardware and software skills, and work together to quickly grasp Intel architecture and micro-architecture. 

Being a part of this team, you will be responsible for developing virtual environments and tools in the pre-silicon stage, ensuring the logical accuracy of all Intel products, while working with the most advanced equipment and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Students studying towards a B.Sc. / M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Science, or equivalent 
  • At least 3 semesters until graduation 
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours a week (flexibility during exams) 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge in VLSI or Verification 
  • Knowledge in developing Register Transfer Level RTL validation environment 
  • Knowledge in working with Verilog/Specman/SystemVerilog 
  • Experience in development in integrated software and/or hardware environment
