Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
You are a strategic operator and creative producer, tasked with building Quince’s in-real-life presence through high-impact events and cultural sponsorships. This role leads the vision, planning, and execution of IRL activations, from immersive pop-ups and retail takeovers to large-scale sponsorships like the US Open and F1. You'll ensure every experience is elevated, brand-right, and rooted in our values of modern luxury and accessibility. This role requires equal parts creative thinking, operational rigor, and relationship-building.
This role will report to the Head of Brand Marketing.
We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
Pay Range
$160,000 - $206,000 USD
