This role is for a strategic operator and creative producer responsible for building Quince’s in-real-life presence through high-impact events and cultural sponsorships. The individual will lead the vision, planning, and execution of IRL activations, including immersive pop-ups, retail takeovers, and large-scale sponsorships like the US Open and F1. The role ensures every experience is elevated, brand-right, and rooted in modern luxury and accessibility, requiring creative thinking, operational rigor, and relationship-building.
Must have:
  • Own the event and sponsorship strategy across brand, category, and cultural tentpoles.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of IRL brand experiences, including pop-ups, trunk shows, brand dinners, and product immersions.
  • Develop and pitch brand-right sponsorship opportunities that align with awareness and audience goals.
  • Build tiered event frameworks: flagship moments, seasonal activations, and opportunistic brand moments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Growth, Merchandising, and PR to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Partner with the Head of Social & Community and Head of Partnerships & Collaborations on event integrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, vendors, run-of-show, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Own ROI tracking and reporting across events and sponsorships.
  • 5-7+ years in experiential marketing, events, or sponsorship strategy.
  • Proven success executing large-scale, high-touch brand activations.
  • Deep understanding of cultural moments and how to activate within them.
  • Creative vision combined with operational and budget discipline.
  • Natural connector and negotiator who thrives under pressure.

Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

About the Role

You are a strategic operator and creative producer, tasked with building Quince’s in-real-life presence through high-impact events and cultural sponsorships. This role leads the vision, planning, and execution of IRL activations, from immersive pop-ups and retail takeovers to large-scale sponsorships like the US Open and F1. You'll ensure every experience is elevated, brand-right, and rooted in our values of modern luxury and accessibility. This role requires equal parts creative thinking, operational rigor, and relationship-building.

This role will report to the Head of Brand Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the event and sponsorship strategy across brand, category, and cultural tentpoles (e.g., Fall campaign, Cashmere Season, Holidays)
  • Lead end-to-end execution of IRL brand experiences, including pop-ups, trunk shows, brand dinners, and product immersions
  • Develop and pitch brand-right sponsorship opportunities (e.g., US Open, F1, Frieze, Modernism Week) that align with awareness and audience goals
  • Build tiered event frameworks: flagship moments, seasonal activations, and opportunistic brand moments
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Growth, Merchandising, and PR to ensure cohesive storytelling
  • Partner with the Head of Social & Community and Head of Partnerships & Collaborations on event integrations (e.g., celebrity talent, social amplification)
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, vendors, run-of-show, and post-mortem analysis
  • Own ROI tracking and reporting across events and sponsorships

What You Bring

  • 5-7+ years in experiential marketing, events, or sponsorship strategy
  • Proven success executing large-scale, high-touch brand activations
  • Deep understanding of cultural moments and how to activate within them (fashion weeks, global sporting events, design fairs, etc.)
  • Creative vision combined with operational and budget discipline
  • Natural connector and negotiator who thrives under pressure
  • Passion for creating moments that make luxury feel intimate, inclusive, and desirable

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$160,000 - $206,000 USD
