Job Description
The role of Principal Application Engineer involves collaborating with sales management to define and optimize growth strategies for the High-Tech industry. Responsibilities include providing Advanced Technical Consulting (ATC) services for Electronics Automation (EA), Sales Automation (SA), and Technical Automation (TA) along with Key Market Accounts (KMA) based on established sales fundamentals. A key aspect is leading the deployment of frontier and key technologies such as Electrification, EMC, Product Data Integration and Optimization (PIDO), Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within selected key accounts. Additionally, the engineer will work closely with Business Units (BU) to represent customer requirements and feedback, acting as the 'voice of the customer'.
Must Have:
- Collaborate on High-Tech industry growth strategy
- Provide ATC services for High-Tech EA/SA/TA/KMA
- Lead frontier/key technology deployment (Electrification, EMC, PIDO, MBSE, AI)
- Collaborate with BUs as the voice of customer
Key Responsibility：
- Collaborate with sales management to define/optimize High-Tech industry Growth strategy and execution.
- Provide ATC service for High Tech induatry EA/SA/TA and KMA according to “Sales fundamentals”.
- Lead the frontier|key technology deployment, such as Electrification, EMC, PIDO, MBSE, AI in the selected key accounts.
- Tightly collaborate with BU to ‘Be the voice of customers’ requirements and enhancement.
