Job Summary
ByteDance is hiring a Principal Product Manager for its IaaS AI infrastructure. This role focuses on building next-generation compute services for large-scale AI. Responsibilities include gathering customer needs, collaborating with R&D on product features, defining go-to-market strategies (positioning, pricing, promotion, lifecycle management), setting and tracking product metrics, managing roadmaps, and performing competitive analysis. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, significant ToB product management experience, deep cloud industry knowledge, and understanding of virtualization, networking, storage, and AI infrastructure. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this fast-growing team.

Job Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $510720 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
