Position Summary...

Walmart Realty is undergoing a strategic transformation of its Facilities Services by creating a commercial Facilities-as-a-Service platform powered by a Digital Twin of its physical footprint. This role seeks a visionary, execution-oriented Principal Product Manager to lead the development of financial transaction and monetization systems, integrating Walmart's segments into a unified platform and expanding services externally.

What you'll do...

  • Lead product strategy and lifecycle: Own the end-to-end product development for transaction and monetization systems, consolidating billing, invoicing, and payments into a Walmart-native platform while collaborating across business and technical teams.
  • Design integrated platform and customer experiences: Architect a platform integrating vendor management, billing, payment, and dispute resolution with customer-facing portals and APIs for external enterprise integration.
  • Implement AI-powered financial automation: Transition from static ML to adaptive AI and large language models to automate invoice validation, anomaly detection, and fraud prevention, enhancing financial decision-making.
  • Drive monetization and change management: Develop frameworks for service monetization and profitability analytics while leading migration from legacy systems to AI-powered platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

What You’ll Bring…

  • 8–10 years of product management experience, with 3+ in platform, fintech, or enterprise-scale transaction systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
