Job Summary

Lighthouse Games is a new AAA studio in Leamington Spa focused on building a best-in-class game with a collaborative environment. As a Producer, you will oversee the entire game development process from concept to release. This involves working with a team of developers, artists, designers, and other professionals to ensure the game meets deadlines, budget, and quality standards. You will manage project features, including personnel, equipment, and software tools, and facilitate communication among team members. The role requires defining the game's vision, scope, and objectives, and planning/executing tasks using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You will also manage relationships with external partners and foster a positive team environment.

As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of video games from concept to release. You will work closely with a team of developers, artists, designers, and other professionals to ensure that the game meets its deadlines, budget, and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the project features, including personnel, equipment, and software tools.


Key Duties Include

  • Manage the entire game development process, from concept to release.
  • Work with the development team to define the game's vision, scope, and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring that everyone is up-to-date on the project's progress.
  • Work closely with feature teams to help plan and execute tasks, utilising both Agile and Waterfall workflows where most applicable.
  • Ensure that the game meets its quality standards, including gameplay, graphics, sound, and performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the project's features.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including publishers, licensors, and vendors
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
