Job Summary

Insider, a leading AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing SaaS company, is seeking a Product Design Lead. The role involves leading a design team, providing feedback and coaching, and actively participating in the hiring process. The Product Design Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead ideation sessions, and advocate for company and product strategies. Responsibilities include contributing to design operations to enhance Product Design functions and delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, and design systems for SaaS products, with a passion for user advocacy, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Must Have

Lead design team, provide feedback and coaching

5+ years of experience designing responsive web apps/websites/design systems for SaaS
Familiar with Design systems, pattern libraries, and Figma

As a Product Design Lead here at Insider, part of your everyday job will be:

will be leading a design team, providing effective feedback and coaching them,
will actively take part in the hiring process,
will actively contribute to design ops projects to improve the Product Design functions,
will collaborate with a cross-functional team and lead a productive ideation session with them
will bring your own perspective to the table,
will understand and be the advocate of the company and product strategies, product and its customers and facilitate the delivery of high-quality work
will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative environment

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you:

have 5+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, and design systems for a SaaS or similar product
have preferably experience in people management/leading a team,
know that “Showing is better than telling when it comes to UX”
are familiar with Design systems, pattern libraries, and Figma
favor consistency, flexibility, and reuse
you are very familiar with Research; quantitative and qualitative research are well known to you, as well as Discovery and Usability Testings, as well as utilizing different research methodologies
have a curious mind, and everything you do ultimately serves the end-users, bearing them in mind
are a good listener and empathy is one of your favorite words
are a natural-born problem solver, finding solutions to complex problems motivates and excites you
are fluent in English
