Job Description
As a Product Designer at CRED, you will own and lead design across multiple products, driving clarity and cohesion in complex problem spaces. You will also be responsible for delivering end-to-end product experiences, from framing ambiguous challenges to polished execution. This includes defining design strategy in partnership with product and engineering teams, solving complex problems using design skills, and acting as a strategic partner in stakeholder discussions. what you will do:
- own and lead design across multiple products or missions, driving clarity and cohesion in complex problem spaces
- own and deliver end-to-end product experiences from framing ambiguous challenges to polished execution
- define design strategy in close partnership with product, engineering, and other adjacent teams to shape impactful outcomes
- solve complex, fuzzy problems through strong design skills, upstream thinking, and by developing a deep understanding of user behavior
- act as a strategic partner in stakeholder discussions, shaping product vision and bringing rigour to execution
you should apply if you have:
- deep experience in product design, with a portfolio that showcases thoughtful systems and polished craft
- a proactive, self-driven approach—comfortable navigating complexity and influencing without authority
- a builder’s mindset: curious, iterative, and always looking to level up your design and technical toolkit
- a track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams
- strong communication skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
