As a Risk Ops Manager at CRED, you will be responsible for optimizing risk processes, driving end-to-end delivery of credit risk transformation programs, and overseeing the execution and governance of risk initiatives. This role involves continuous portfolio risk monitoring, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing reporting frameworks. You will also set up and improve processes, lead continuous improvement efforts, and mentor team members to strengthen risk processes.
Must Have:
Optimising risk processes at CRED while working closely with internal and partner business teams.
Driving end-to-end delivery of credit risk transformation programs.
Overseeing execution and governance of risk initiatives.
Continuously monitoring portfolio performance, segment-level delinquency, and early warning signals.
Ensuring adherence to RBI/fintech/NBFC credit risk guidelines and internal audit requirements.
Developing and governing KPIs and reporting frameworks for risk, collections, and partner programs.
Setting up and improving processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing corrective measures.
Leading and mentoring team members, providing process improvement guidance, project intervention, coaching, and capability building.
Updating SOPs and metrics based on performance analysis and supporting system/tech architecture upgrades.
8+ years of experience in financial services across program/project management, credit risk, and operations.
Strong exposure to stakeholder management and collaboration with tech and risk teams.
Proven experience in managing prioritization of risk tasks while balancing user experience and business requirements.
Strong track record of employee development.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions without formal authority.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in analytical and technical tools such as excel, google sheets, sql, python, pyspark, tableau, databricks, and powerbi.
