  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance testing and monitoring program.
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc reviews, risk assessments, and control audits.
  • Document issues, assess root causes, and develop remediation plans with stakeholders.
  • Track all open findings for timely closure and escalate overdue issues to leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate a compliance-first culture across the organization.
  • CA / MBA finance with 5+ years of experience in compliance testing, internal audit, risk management, control assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and risk framework, control testing methodology, and industry best practice.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in designing and executing compliance testing programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

what will you do:

  • develop and implement a comprehensive compliance testing and monitoring program spanning all relevant line of businesses.
  • conduct scheduled and ad-hoc reviews and risk assessments and control audits
  • document the issues, assess the root causes and work with stakeholders in product, operations, technology and other teams to develop remediation plans.
  • track all open findings for timely closure and escalate the overdue issues to leadership.
  • collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate a compliance-first culture across the organization

you should apply if you have:

  • ca / mba finance with 5+ years of experience in compliance testing, internal audit, risk management, control assurance, ideally in payments or fintech.
  • strong knowledge of compliance and risk framework, control testing methodology and industry best practice.
  • analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • experience in designing and executing compliance testing programs
  • excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on diversified asks comfort working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and an ambiguous yet creative and collaborative work environment
  • have exposure to global best practices in high talent density environments is a plus the hunger to constantly learn and look for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
