In this role, you will blend your expertise in UX/UI design with independent user research to create seamless, intuitive experiences for healthcare professionals. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to make a meaningful impact on the product, from initial concept to market launch.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user-centric interfaces and UX flows using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand pain points and optimize the product experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Create visually compelling marketing materials, such as brochures and digital assets, to support product launches and campaigns.
• Contribute to the design vision, strategy, and overall product direction in a small, fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and user research.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
