Job Description

The opportunity

The Game Experience team is responsible for the entire interaction layer that involves the core of our games. You will own the user journey "outside the match": from building an impeccable first experience to long-term retention systems.

Your mission is to transform our lobby into a discovery and engagement engine. You will design progression systems and personalize the experience to ensure that each user is presented with the best games for their profile. The challenge is to use data to orchestrate this end-to-end experience, ensuring that the product's navigation and metagame are as engaging as the games themselves.

Requirements

Your Impact

  • Engagement strategy: define the vision for the game ecosystem, creating roadmaps that prioritize retention and personalization mechanics to maximize LTV and user satisfaction.
  • Continuous Discovery: lead continuous discovery processes with the design and research team, connecting directly with users to identify non-obvious opportunities and validate value and usability hypotheses before development.
  • Holistic data intelligence: go beyond platform data. You will need to connect navigation metrics with the individual performance of each game, understanding the complete journey to make decisions that benefit the entire ecosystem.
  • Execution and agile rituals: ensure the team's delivery cadence together with the squad. You will ensure that strategy translates into quality tactical execution, actively participating in story refinement and ceremonies, removing day-to-day blockers.
  • Stakeholder orchestration: act as the central link between engineering, design, and data, managing technical trade-offs and aligning expectations.
  • Efficiency with AI: actively incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools into the workflow to accelerate analysis, generate insights, and optimize operational processes.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Experience: at least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in customer-facing products.
  • Navigating ambiguity: ability to generate learning, execution, and impact in a dynamic product area, where not all answers are ready.
  • Defining success: solid understanding of how to define product success, establishing and moving critical business metrics through constant iterations.
  • Autonomy and management: demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, managing competing priorities and efficiently executing tasks in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Analytics stack: technical proficiency with product analytics tools (such as Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar).
  • Advanced English: necessary to navigate a global environment, communicate with international teams, and consume technical documentation.
