Product Manager

AppLovin is establishing a new R&D center to incubate groundbreaking products and develop next-generation growth engines. As a Product Manager, you will drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch, defining strategy, collaborating with engineers and designers, and optimizing user experience through data. You will own the product vision, translate insights into improvements, and build mechanisms for sustainable growth within an agile team, leveraging AppLovin's technological capabilities and resources.

Must Have

• Define product strategy and roadmap, leading 0-to-1 incubation of new ventures
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality features
• Utilize user research and data analysis to optimize user experience and product flows
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify breakthrough opportunities
• Own the product vision and execution plan for new business initiatives
• Drive daily collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners
• Translate user insights and data into compelling product improvements
• Build and refine key product mechanisms to support sustainable growth
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strong user-centric mindset with solid analytical skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Able to lead in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Passionate about building products from scratch

• Proficiency in SQL or analytics tools
• Experience in 0-to-1 environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics)

A Day in the Life

As a core Product Manager in this R&D center, you will drive the end-to-end development of new products from concept to launch:

Who You Are

• Passionate about building products from scratch; experience in 0-to-1 environments is highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) preferred
