Job Description

This role supports GoPay in driving campaigns for liquidity and insurance products, ensuring the right message reaches the right people at the right time. The Product Marketing Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas into results, empowering Indonesians to manage their finances. Success requires curiosity, a passion for marketing, eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative, positive attitude.
Must have:
  • Define and lead the marketing campaign for liquidity and insurance products that align with business objectives and effectively address key problem statements of the business and connect to our users.
  • Ensure strong campaign performance across platforms, including in-app metrics (e.g., CTR for CRM) and external engagement (%ER).
  • Understand and analyze data and insight to understand what’s working and where we can do better to ensure alignment with stream-level strategies and objectives.
  • Drive collaboration with teams such as CRM, Creative, Brand, and CX to ensure smooth implementation and execution for all funnels (lower to upper funnel).
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners to ensure the timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Support the Marketing Lead in making sure our campaigns match business goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing, preferably with a background in consumer goods, fintech, or leading tech companies.
  • Fluent in English, able to present ideas clearly, inspire confidence, and build strong relationships across levels.
  • Strong track record in building and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with diverse teams, including Business, CRM, CX, Brand, Creative, and Research, while also being comfortable working independently.
  • Skilled at using data, consumer research, and social media insights to shape strategies, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, “can-do” mindset and a passion for continuous learning.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

About the Team

Money Management plays a critical role in GoPay’s monetization strategy, with the Marketing Team responsible for generating demand by attracting high-quality users — including both consumers and key stakeholders such as drivers. The focus is on driving engagement and conversion across Liquidity, Banking, Insurance, Loans, and future products like Investment.

Our target audience is diverse and can be reached across multiple platforms, both inside and outside apps. Their financial needs are not limited to just one product but span across various offerings within the GoPay ecosystem, including GoJek Apps and Driver Swadaya Apps. Given this, the Money Management Marketing Team is committed to providing the best offers while also enhancing financial literacy among our users.
