Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager for NICE Cxone Mpower, you will be the voice of our flagship CX AI platform, translating complex technical aspects into compelling customer value. You will drive go-to-market strategy, lead product launches, create thought leadership content, and empower sales teams. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, engineering, product, and sales, owning messaging across CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, self-service, and routing, acting as a subject matter expert to fuel growth and strengthen customer engagement.
Must have:
  • Translate technical products, features, and functionality into key market messages.
  • Maintain responsibility for NICE Cxone Mpower product marketing plans and communications strategy.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and other marketing and sales assets.
  • Drive all marketing-related product launch and software release activities.
  • Lead and facilitate product positioning trainings for Sales, Service, and Support teams.
  • Produce customer-facing product demos, videos, and webinars.
  • Communicate product, pricing, packaging, and promotion updates to internal audiences.
  • Align sales tools and the ideal sales process to the typical buying process.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in software product marketing.
  • Highly technical with an understanding of voice, contact center, digital channels, artificial intelligence, agent tools and routing.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in positioning, packaging and sales enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and effective presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with peer group and management.
  • Excellent influencing and consensus-building skills.
Good to have:
  • Master's Degree Business or Marketing.
  • Experience in contact center market or related industry.
  • Experience with cloud contact center platforms.
  • Experience with Voice & Routing.
  • Experience in marketing SaaS solutions.

Are you a storyteller with technical chops who thrives on translating complex platforms into compelling customer value? As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the voice of NICE Cxone Mpower—our flagship CX AI platform—shaping how customers and prospects understand what we do and why it matters. You’ll drive go-to-market strategy and execution, lead product launches and webinars, craft thought leadership content, and empower sales teams with the right tools to guide the buyer journey.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with marketing, engineering, product, and sales teams, owning messaging that spans CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, self-service, routing, and more. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, translating highly technical features into clear, impactful market stories that fuel growth and strengthen customer engagement.

How will you make an impact?

  • Translate technical products, key features and functionality into key market messages
  • Maintain overall responsibility for NICE Cxone Mpower features, product marketing plans and communications strategy
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and other marketing and sales assets
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs and technology trends
  • Interact across Marketing on integrated campaign activities, provide input as subject matter expert
  • Drive all marketing-related product launch and software release activities for assigned product(s)
  • Lead and facilitate product positioning trainings for Sales, Service, and Support teams
  • Produce customer-facing product demos, video, webinars, and other content to increase product adoption and use
  • Clearly communicate product, pricing, packaging and promotion updates to internal audiences
  • Align sales tools and the ideal sales process to the typical buying process
  • Follow the company Code of Ethics and inContact policies and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of NICE Cxone Mpower

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required. Master's Degree Business or Marketing preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in software product marketing required.
  • Highly technical with an understanding of voice, contact center, digital channels, artificial intelligence, agent tools and routing.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in positioning, packaging and sales enablement required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and effective presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with peer group and management in order to achieve goals
  • Excellent influencing and consensus-building skills
  • Experience in contact center market or related industry is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud contact center platforms
  • Experience with Voice & Routing.
  • Experience in marketing SaaS solutions a plus.
