Job Summary
This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle process, from tracking roadmap requests to delivery. The Product Operation Manager I/II will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects concurrently, partnering with various teams to ensure consistent, product-compatible processes. Key duties include defining and developing efficient business process methods, assisting in the creation of process requirements and control plans, and evaluating existing processes for improvement. The manager will also research new solutions based on industry standards and monitor technological trends to anticipate future needs.
