Job Description

The Product Operations Manager at Blazesoft will oversee day-to-day operations, manage projects from initiation to completion, ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and drive innovation by identifying areas for improvement. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders across departments, handling promotions and daily CRM operations, ensuring seamless team coordination, and implementing efficient operational processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an operational role (Project Manager or similar), a bachelor's degree (preferred), technical affinity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires high reliability, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and willingness to be available after work hours on an on-demand basis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an operational role (Project Manager or similar positions)
