Job Description

This internship offers a comprehensive project coordination experience. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing resources and timelines, acting as the primary client liaison, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring deliverables and project performance (using KPIs), managing changes to project scope, and providing support to the project team. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, and the ability to build harmonious relationships. The internship is full-time in Bangalore South, India, and offers a stipend of 10000 INR.

Job Details

  • Develop a detailed project plan, outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and the client, ensuring that all stakeholders are updated on the project's progress and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Manage the allocation and scheduling of resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize the impact of these risks on the project's success.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet the client's requirements and adhere to established quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change requests. This helps to ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project's status and any changes that have been made.
  • Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including the client and project team members.
  • Facilitate the management of any changes to the project scope, schedule, or resources, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved by the relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure that they are in line with the approved budget. Identify potential cost overruns and work with the project team to develop solutions to address them.
  • Provide support to the project team, addressing any challenges they may face and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.





Requirements

  • Must be a good communicator in English(both verbal and written) 
  • Sound knowledge on MS Office-word, Excel, PPT etc. 
  • Ability to build harmonious relationships  
  • Good convincing and Negotiation skills 
  • Strong and demonstrable problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Effective time management skills
